Distribution Centers (DCs) are holding areas for the Florida OPRC grant-funded car seats. To pickup car seats from these centers, certified CPS Instructors must place an order for car seats through the OPRC website. Once the order has been approved, email notifications are sent to the CPS instructor as well as the DC to contact each other for pickup. DCs are not to distribute car seats to anyone who does not have an OPRC-approved order placed.
